Android 模塊構建錯誤不能下載依賴包

在模塊的build.gradle裡面添加了

implementation 'com.android.support:design:26.1.0' 

構建的時候一直報這個錯

Unable to resolve dependency for ':app@debug/compileClasspath': Could not resolve com.android.support:design:26.1.0.

解決辦法：

查看 Gradle Scripts 下麵的 gradle.properties文件裡面是不是預設設置了代理 註釋掉就ok了  android Studio的更新不在依靠代理了

註釋後，重新構建，一切ok
