方法一：
1、先檢查一下windows update服務是否開啟，並禁用殺毒軟體；
2、如果此服務已經啟動，先嘗試更換一下網路環境重新更新；
3、如果更換網路環境後依然無法更新，就刪除windows update緩存文件，刪除方法如下：
分別打開：C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\下的Datastore和Download，然後刪除這兩個文件夾下的所有子文件或文件夾；
4、重啟Windows Update服務 和 Background Intelligent Transfer Service服務
5、重啟電腦，再次進入Settings--Update & Security--Windows Update----check for updates 進行系統更新
方法二：
1、運行--Control Panel 打開控制面板
2、找到 troubleshooting----System and Security---Fix Problems with windows update
3、選擇Advanced---Apply repairs automatically---Next Step
4、 等待幾分鐘（與電腦運行速度有關）
5、系統檢測出問題，點Apply this fix(應用此修複程式）
6、如果沒有按照方法一操作，這裡也會檢測推薦使用方法一將已下載到本地電腦的更新文件刪除，我們選擇Apply this fix（應用此修複程式）
7、修複結果如下圖，windows update components must be repaired 沒有被修複成功
potential windows update database error detected檢測到潛在的windows更新資料庫錯誤 已修複成功
check for pending updates檢查掛起的更新 已修複成功
這時，我們先忽略錯誤，關閉此視窗
8、打開 Settings---Update & Security---Windows Update----check for updates 嘗試windows10系統更新。
方法三：
1、運行--regedit，定位到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
2、右鍵Current Version，然後選擇導出，將該註冊表及子項做個備份
3、找到CurrentVersion右側的InstallDate,該項保存的是初次安裝該系統時的日期值，切換十進位，然後該值就是unix時間戳，這個值可以通過網上搜索進行時間轉換。https://unixtime.51240.com/
4、關閉註冊表，到Settings---Update & Security---Windows Update----check for updates 嘗試windows10系統更新，會發現有新的更新可用。
